The Marvel Mini-IV is a series of three kinds of portable devices that employ LED technology, a non-invasive, low-level, non-thermal light energy that activates skin cells. Each device uses different light wavelengths to treat a specific skin problem. The Marvel Mini-IV’s internal skin management programs are designs according to three processes (cleansing, nutrition absorption and lifting) to achieve rejuvenated and younger looking skin. In addition, the programs are specially designed for people in different age groups, which individualize the treatment. The Marvel Mini-IV has been designed for the individual who wants to do their own maintenance treatments and touch ups at home and while on travel.

LED light is a non-invasive cold light, which is safe, mild and has no side effects. Its special wavelength can be irradiated onto human body to improve skin’s microcirculation, accelerate metabolism and stimulate elasticity and reproduction of collagen fibres. There is no need for people to worry about skin to be burnt or become darker.

The Marvel Mini-IV is a unique personal skin care device that employs skin management technology. It integrates the functions of anti-aging technology and cosmetic care with its internal skin management programs, which are designs according to three processes (cleansing, nutrition absorption and lifting).

• LED Light Function

Red Light (Operates at 660nm and 880nm)
Red light capable of penetrating up to 20cm into the body. It has been demonstrated to increase collagen production fivefold in the skin, trigger repair mechanisms and stimulate fibroblast cells and cell growth.

Blue Light (Operates at 405nm and 415nm)
Blue light is used to impede and reduce the production of P-acne. It found that could improve acne prone skin with its purifying and antibacterial properties. It effectively reduces the amount of fluid in the face and treats sensitive skin to provide a clear complexion.

Green Light (Operates at 525nm)
Green light is a bio-accelerator for damaged cells. It has been demonstrated to reduce pigmentation through penetration into base skin layers, prevent the formation of fleck, gravid and aging pigment to keep skin smooth and bright. It also has a calming effect on the body and helps to reduce pain and discomfort associated with stress and fatigue.

Cleansing Function
(Technologies involved: positive ions and micro-massage)
Deeply cleans pores removing all the dirt. It maintains skin pH balance and improves pigmentation.

Nutrient Function
(Technologies involved: negative ions and micro-massage)
Allows the product's active substances to penetrate the skin, stabilizing the skin’s biological structure, increasing skin elasticity and improving skin tone.

Lifting Function
(Technologies involved: positive and negative ions and micro-massage)
Reduces facial muscle tension, fine lines and wrinkles.

Massage Function
The specially designed vibration massage function accelerates blood circulation, improves the lymphatic system and increases skin cell activity, thus makes the skin more elastic and look tighter and healthy.

Operation Steps

Press and hold the power button for about 2 seconds to switch on the device. The display window will turn on at the same time.

Press the left arrow button (ß) to select the appropriate age group from 25, 35, 45, 55 and 65, then press the down arrow button (↓) to select the program from Cleansing, Nutrient and Lifting.

Select the appropriate intensity depending on your skin condition. Press the right arrow button (→) to select intensity (L - low, M - medium, H - high).

Press the up arrow button (↑) to choose constant or pulsating light.

Press and hold the power button for about 2 seconds to switch off the device. The display window will turn off at the same time.

Note
During the treatment, the device will beep every 3 minutes. After using for 24 minutes, the device will switch off automatically. Press the power button again if you wish to continue the treatment.

• Treatment Procedure

The whole treatment lasts for 30 days. The light is applied two times a day (in the morning and evening). It recommended to use the Red and Green light for up to 24 minutes each time, while the Blue light is recommended to be used for up to 15 minutes.

Lifting Techniques (Please follow the following techniques when operating the LIFTING program)

(1) Cheek: a. Gently pull the device from lip corner to earlobe.

b. Gently pull the device from the tip of the nose to the middle of the ear.

c. Gently pull the device from nosewing to the top of the ear.

d. Repeat the same procedure for the other side.

(2) Nose:
a. Gently pull the device from one side of the tip of the nose to the same side of the top of the nosewing.
b. Repeat the same procedure for the other side.
(3) Eye area:
a. Gently pull the device from the bottom of the inner lower eyelid, along pouch to the outer lower eyelid.
b. Repeat the same procedure for the other side.
(4) Forehead:
a. Gently pull the device from the center of the forehead to hairline.
b. Gently pull the device from the middle of the eyebrow to hairline.
c. Gently pull the device from the tail of the eyebrow to hairline.
d. Repeat the same procedure for the other side.

• Choosing The Right Treatment Option Depends On Skin Type Normal to Dry Skin (The whole treatment lasts 24 minutes)

• Press the right arrow button (→) to select intensity (L, M, H).
• Put your fingers on the round steel plates located on each side of the device and massage in circles from inward to outward and from the bottom to the top.
• The device will beep after three minutes, then rinse off your face.

• Step 2: Nourishment (Perform this step with the roller.The simultaneous use of the Massage function enhances the effects of the treatment)
• Apply the appropriate lotion or essence all over your face.
• Press the down arrow button (↓) to activate the NUTRIENT program.
• Press the right arrow button (→) to select intensity (L, M, H).
• Put your fingers on the round steel plates located on each side of the device and massage in circles from inward to outward and from the bottom to the top.
• The device will beep after three minutes, then wipe away the remaining lotion or essence.
• Apply toner all over your face.

• Step 3: Lifting (Perform this step with the lifting plate.The simultaneous use of the Massage function enhances the effects of the treatment)
• After the Nourishment step, there is no need to wipe away the remaining lotion or essence.
• Press the down arrow button (↓) to activate the LIFTING program.
• Press the right arrow button (→) to select intensity (L, M, H).
• Put your fingers on the round steel plates located on each side of the device and massage in circles from inward to outward and from the bottom to the top (concentrate on wrinkles). The treatment time for this step can be set to 18 minutes.
• Use once or twice a day for one month and then reduce to twice or three times a week. There is no need to wipe away the remaining lotion or essence.
• Apply the appropriate face mask.
• Apply the appropriate lotion all over your face.
  

• Sensitive Skin (Adjust the treatment time according to the skin condition)

Apply a hydrating lotion or essence all over your face.

Press the down arrow button (↓) to activate the NUTRIENT program.

Press the right arrow button (→) to select intensity (L, M, H).

Put your fingers on the round steel plates located on each side of the device and massage in circles from inward to outward and from the bottom to the top.

The device will beep after three minutes, then wipe away the remaining lotion or essence.

Apply toner all over your face.

Apply the appropriate face mask.

Apply the appropriate lotion all over your face.

Note:

There is no need to use the third program (LIFTING) for people with sensitive skin.

Use twice a week for people with sensitive skin.

Use once or twice a day for one month and then reduce to twice or three times a week.

After the skin condition improves, the program of LIFTING can be implemented.

Oily Skin

Step 1: Cleansing (Perform this step with the roller.The simultaneous use of the Massage function enhances the effects of the treatment)

Use a makeup remover to remove makeup.

Apply the appropriate facial cleanser to your face.

Press and hold the power button for about 2 seconds to switch on the device.

Press the left arrow button (ß) to select the appropriate age group, and then press the down arrow button (↓) to activate the CLEANSING program.

Press the right arrow button (→) to select intensity (L, M, H).

Put your fingers on the round steel plates located on each side of the device and massage in circles from inward to outward and from the bottom to the top.

The device will beep after three minutes, then rinse off your face.

Apply the appropriate essence or oil-control toner all over your face.

Operate the second program (NUTRIENT) for 3 minutes, then the third program (LIFTING) for 18 minutes.

Apply the appropriate face mask.

Apply the appropriate lotion all over your face.

Note:

Acne-like matter will occur within 2-7 days after using this device. Do not use your hands to extrude it.

Use uninterruptedly for at least 3 months.

Once skin feels tight or dead skin cells occur, do not use the third program (LIFTING). Apply toner to keep skin moisturized.

After the skin condition improves, the LIFTING program can be implemented.

Match Solution

We suggest the using of the recommended skin care products (Skin Firming Essence and Skin Firming Lotion, two of the most effective anti-aging products in Cobble’s skin care line) in combination with the device operation to maximize nutrient absorption and enhance treatment effects.

Moisturizing Cleanser
Protects the skin's moisture barrier each time you cleanse. It can keep skin looking and feeling soft and supple. It also keeps even the driest, most sensitive skin soft and well hydrated while gentle, soap-free cleansers remove dirt and pollutants.

Skin Firming Essence
Reduces lines and deep wrinkles, improves skin firmness, increases elasticity and reduces skin discoloration.

Skin Firming Lotion
Enhance moisture-restoring capability and improves skin firmness, increases elasticity to eliminate lines and wrinkles.

Note

Normal Skin: use once a day.

Sensitive Skin: use every three or four days.

Very Sensitive Skin: use once a week.

Blemish Prone Skin: thorough after-care is needed if whitening products or products with vitamin C are applied during the treatment.

Aging Skin: It is recommended to repeat the second program (NUTRIENT) and the third program (LIFTING) to achieve better results.

Since the skin around eyes is very thin and sensitive, when you use the device on the eye area, stop for 2 seconds and then move around.

After a month of treatment, use the device twice or three times a week.

Acne-like matter will occur within 2-7 days after using this device. Do not use your hands to extrude it.

For oily skin with acne use the device once every 5 days. When acne improves use it twice a week.

Irritating sensation or acmesthesia may occur. It is a normal skin reaction to ions. No need to worry.

Avoid contact with eyes and skin mucosa.

Take off metal jewelleries (such as earrings, necklace, bracelet, finger ring, glasses, etc) before using the device.

Note

During operation, fingers must place on the round steel plates located on each side of the device.

If the surface of the roller or the lifting plate is not lubricated enough, press lightly against the skin and move the device slowly. You can also apply some toner.

Do not rub your face forcibly, this may cause skin irritation.

Use the NUTRIENT program once a day.

Irritating sensation or acmesthesia may occur while using the device. It is a normal skin reaction. The discomfort can be diminished by applying some essence or a face mask.

The specially designed roller and lifting plate will not cause any skin allergies.

Maintenance

After the treatment, clean the surface of the device with a soft cloth.

Keep the device clean.

Do not immerse or wash the device with water.

Do not use abrasive substance to clean the device.

How To Switch On/Off The Marvel Mini-III

Switch On: Press and hold the round power button for about 2 seconds to switch on the device.The display window will turn on at the same time.

Switch Off: Press and hold the round power button for about 2 seconds to switch off the device. The display window will turn off at the same time.

Safety precautions:

Warning: please observe the following safety precautions when using the Marvel Mini-III device.

Since the shell of the device is not waterproof, do not get the device wet. Do not touch it with wet hands and do not place or use it in moist places.

Do not use the power supply out of the marked range.

Protect the device against heavy impact.

When charging is completed, unplug the charger. Do not use it when it's plugged in.

Do not disassemble, rebuild or repair the device by yourself.

Avoid contact with flammable substances such as zinc or natrium.

Avoid contact with eyes and skin mucosa.

Take off metal jewelleries (such as earrings, necklace, bracelet, finger ring, glasses, etc) before using the device.

Keep away from children.

Do not use if you have a pacemaker or any metal implants.

Do not use if you have had plastic surgery or have silicone implants.

People with wounds, eczema and tumors are forbidden to use this device.

For Equipment(s) only: Cobble San Francisco Int'l Co. warrants its "equipment(s)" to be in working condition and free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one(1) year from the original invoice date unless specified otherwise.
